   Senior Home Companions is a privately owned corporation providing companion services to clients in a variety of living situations. Trained Companions are Non-Nursing and Nursing personnel that provide hygiene assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping and social stimulation for the client.

Your Case Manager

Your Case Manager, a licensed nurse, assesses the senior and works with your family to find, and schedule, the appropriate companion. Depending on on the care plan agreed upon, Senior Home Companions can provide multiple levels of care for your senior.

   As a unique service, your Case Manager also works with an Advisory Committee of Top Medical and Nursing Specialists who provide direction, advice and informal recommendations regarding individual care plans.

   The Advisory Committee consists of health care professionals in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Physical Therapy, Long Term Care, and a Dietician.
